Shipping
Free express shipping on all orders over $200.
All orders are shipped express with tracking and require a signature on delivery. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $12 is charged for shipping within Australia.
For international orders, a flat rate of $50 is charged. Orders outside of Australia can take from 6-11 business days pending customs.Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charge

A diamond certificate (GIA or IGI) and an insurance valuation are included, and your ring arrives in a Valenzo ring box.
Resizing: I am happy to resize your ring after it is made. Get in touch and I will look after it.
